Welcome to Willis Family Dentistry Churchville.
An unhurried first visit on Scenic Hwy, with the practice that has been caring for western Augusta County families since 1950. You can register online before you arrive or fill out paper forms when you get here — whichever you prefer.
What to Expect
Plan on about an hour for your first visit.
You will be greeted at the front desk and seated in a treatment room that has been freshly turned over from the previous patient. A hygienist will take updated X-rays if needed, complete a careful cleaning, and check your gum health. Dr. Agrawal will do a comprehensive exam afterward, walk you through any findings on the screen, and answer the questions you have.
Treatment plans are explained, not pushed. If something genuinely needs work, you will see it on the X-ray and hear why. If nothing needs work, you will hear that too.
What to Bring
A short list for the first visit.
- Photo ID and your dental insurance card, if you have one.
- A list of medications you take, including supplements.
- Any X-rays or records from a previous dentist, if recent.
- Your completed registration forms, if you filled them out online.
- For minors: a parent or legal guardian.
Insurance & No-Insurance Options
We work with most major plans — and we have a membership option.
We are happy to file your dental insurance for you. Bring your card to the first visit and we will verify your benefits before treatment so you know what to expect on the bill. If you do not have dental coverage, ask about Virginia Dental Club — a flat-rate membership built for the western Augusta County families and retirees who do not have employer-sponsored dental.
