Payments
Pay your way — and know the cost before treatment begins.
Our office accepts major cards, CareCredit, check, cash, and online payment through the patient portal. For larger treatment plans, we can split cost across visits or help you apply for financing. If you do not have dental insurance, Virginia Dental Club keeps preventive care attainable.

Financing options
When a treatment plan is larger than a single visit.
Crowns, bridges, dentures, multiple fillings, and implant cases sometimes require more than one appointment and a larger total cost than a routine cleaning. We can usually split that cost across the visits, accept CareCredit financing, or work out a schedule that fits your household budget.
The front desk will discuss financing before treatment begins so there are no surprises after.
CareCredit
No-interest financing for qualifying patients.
CareCredit is a healthcare credit line that many dental offices accept. For qualifying patients, it offers promotional periods with no interest if the balance is paid within the promotional window. The application is quick and can be completed online before your visit, or in our office.
If you have questions about whether CareCredit is right for your situation, the front desk can talk through it.

Virginia Dental Club — a flat-rate alternative.
Built for the western Augusta County families and retirees who do not have dental coverage through work. Cleanings, exams, and routine X-rays are included for a flat fee; member discounts apply to everything else. Details and pricing on the Virginia Dental Club page.
Honest estimates
You should know what something costs before it is started.
Surprises on a dental bill are almost always avoidable. Before treatment begins, we will give you a written estimate that shows the fee for each procedure, what your insurance is expected to cover (if you have it), and what your share is likely to be.
If something changes during treatment — an unexpected finding under a crown, a tooth that turns out to need a root canal — we will stop, explain what we are seeing, and update the estimate with you before continuing.
