Call our front desk Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we can usually find you an appointment within the next week or two — sooner if it is urgent. After hours, leave a message and we will return the call first thing the next clinical day.

You can fill out new-patient paperwork in advance, which saves about ten minutes at check-in on the day of your appointment. The form takes about five minutes.
